Most delays do not come from a "slow" operator but from three predictable causes: unfinished identity verification, an active bonus with wagering left, and a withdrawal method different from the deposit method. - Check your balance: only the withdrawable part (cash and released bonus) can be requested.
- Open the cashier ("Withdraw") and pick the method.
- Enter the amount in lei, above the method's minimum and within your account limit.
- Confirm. The request is "pending" until the internal review is done.
- Once approved, the money goes to the method; with a bank transfer, your bank adds its own time.
Identity verification
Licensed operators verify identity before the first withdrawal. In Romania the document is the identity card (CNP); sometimes proof of address or a screenshot of the payment method is also requested. Documents uploaded right after registration shorten the first payout. A request pending for a long time often means a document is missing.
Withdrawing with a bonus active
If a bonus still has wagering left, a withdrawal request may cancel the bonus and its winnings. Illustrative example: your balance is 450 lei — 180 lei cash and 270 lei bonus still being wagered. Bonus cashout caps
Some bonuses, especially no deposit ones, cap how much can be withdrawn from their winnings. If your balance exceeds the cap, the excess is removed at withdrawal. Check the cap before you play, not at the end.
Which method pays you
To prevent money laundering, operators usually send money back to the deposit method, at least up to the amount deposited. Prepaid vouchers such as Paysafecard cannot receive payouts, so you will need another method, usually bank transfer.
Limits and fees
