Complaints and disputes: how to proceed

Most disputes with an online casino come from three sources: a voided bonus, a delayed withdrawal or a blocked account. Nearly all of them trace back to a clause in the terms. This page shows how to build a complaint that gets a concrete answer. We are not the operator and cannot act on your account, but we can show you the way.

Step 1: find the clause

Before writing, open the general terms and the promotion terms. If a bonus was voided, look for the maximum bet, excluded games, the deadline and the balance order. If a withdrawal is late, look at verification and limits. A complaint that cites a specific clause gets a specific answer. The bonus clauses are explained on bonus terms.

Step 2: gather evidence

Step 3: complain to the operator

Write through the operator's official complaints channel (email or form), not only in chat. A structure that works:

  1. Account details (never the password).
  2. What happened, with date and amount.
  3. The clause in the terms you consider applicable.
  4. The remedy you ask for: payment, bonus reinstated, written explanation.
  5. A reasonable deadline for a reply.

Keep the complaint's reference number.

Step 4: dispute resolution if there is no answer

If the operator holds an ONJN class I licence and you play from Romania, you can report the situation to the regulator; check onjn.gov.ro for the channels available. Many operators also name an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body in their terms. For card payment disputes, your issuing bank may have its own procedure. We advise against paid "money recovery" services: many are scams themselves.

When a complaint will not help

If a bonus was voided because you exceeded the maximum bet or played an excluded game, the terms usually side with the operator. Then the most useful thing is to learn the clause for next time. That is why we recommend reading the terms and doing the maths before activation: illustrative example, a 150 lei bonus voided after 3,750 lei of wagering means you paid the wagering's average loss — about 150 lei on a 96% RTP slot — and received nothing.

Complaints FAQ

How do I file a complaint with Powerbet?
Through the operator's official complaints channel, in writing, with your account details, what happened, the clause in the terms, the evidence and the remedy you ask for.
How long should I wait for a reply?
That depends on the operator's procedure described in its terms. If there is no reply in reasonable time, keep your evidence and check the options on onjn.gov.ro or the ADR body named in the terms.
Can you intervene in my account?
No. We are an independent site; only the operator has access to your account.
