Bonus terms: the clauses that change the calculation
The wagering multiple is the number everyone sees. A bonus's terms hold a few more clauses that can make a good-looking offer useless: the maximum bet, the maximum cashout, the bonus type (sticky or not) and the order in which balances are used. While a bonus is active the operator caps the stake per round or bet. Without a cap you could stake the whole bonus on one round and bypass wagering. One round above the limit can void the bonus and every win from it — even after thousands of compliant spins. Set your stake before you start and avoid doubling features.
Maximum cashout
Some bonuses limit how much can be withdrawn from winnings made with them. Illustrative example, not a Powerbet offer: a cap of 4 times the bonus. With an 80 lei bonus, anything above 320 lei at the end of wagering is removed. The cap trims the lucky end of the distribution and therefore the expected value of the offer.
Sticky and non-sticky bonuses

Balance order
If the terms say cash is used before bonus money, you have an edge: an early win on your own money can be withdrawn by giving up the bonus. With a shared balance, any withdrawal before the end usually cancels the bonus. Read this clause before your first bet.
Other clauses to watch
- Validity: how many days you have to wager.
- Excluded games and each category's contribution.
- Per-round contribution caps on some games.
- Payment methods not eligible for the bonus.
- An "irregular play" clause: low-risk betting patterns may be banned.
- Identity verification before withdrawal.
Putting it together
